ADLC AVOCAT was founded by Antoine de La Chapelle, lawyer at the Toulouse bar, with an extensive Career of more than 30 years involving large groups in the fields of space, defense, railway, logistics and aeronautics.
Expert in contractual techniques and major projects, with in-depth knowledge of the practices of major manufacturers, subcontractors and equipment suppliers, Antoine de La Chapelle has played an active role in the sale of equipment for the aeronautics industry, railway infrastructure (metro, LGV, command/control systems), weapons systems and space technology, in a national and international context, with private and state-owned customers, dealing with tax issues at an early stage to ensure that the hoped-for gains do not turn into unexpected taxes.
