Expert in contractual techniques and major projects, with in-depth knowledge of the practices of major manufacturers, subcontractors and equipment suppliers, Antoine de La Chapelle has played an active role in the sale of equipment for the aeronautics industry, railway infrastructure (metro, High Speed Line, command/control systems), weapons systems and space technology, in a national and international context, with private and state-owned customers, dealing with tax issues at an early stage to ensure that the hoped-for gains do not turn into unexpected taxes.

Also advising technical and R&T departments, he has supported the development of products in cooperation with numerous partners.
